On 1450 WFMB this morning, Anne with an "E" 's father made the comment that the blogging community should be ignored because we are too small to matter.
I have news for Anne with an "E" 's father, the blogging community, and I am not referring to the quips that are found on the online version of the State Journal Register, is far more knowledgeable on the issues than you are yourself. The difference between the blogging community Anne with an "E" 's father and you is simple - we do not spend every waking moment playing kiss ass with the politcians.
When they are right, we applaud them, when they are wrong - we point it out. Sometimes we get a bit obnoxious, but that just counter balances the sappy feel good pat everyone on the back crap that is heard on your radio program day in and day out.
By the way, is it not time for another one of your company paid junkets to Las Vegas?

I heard his comments this morning and I do believe you have taken those specifics comments a tad bit out of context. However, its obvious that Sam Madonia has little use for bloggers and their opinions and considers the opinions of individuals like the mayor and todd renfrow to be far more important and valuable.
Which goes to show you that Sam has really always been a closet Democrat.
He was talking specifically about the loss of the plant super with cwlp, but there is definitely an attitude that Sam has with opinion writers, especially when they do not agree with him.
He also likes to hear himself talk way too much.
Who cares?

Several months ago, Anne appeared on his radio show complaining that everyone in the blogosphere was misspelling her name; they were calling her "Ann" and she made it clear that her name is spelled with an "E".
So I decided to make sure that everytime I refer to him I do so in reverent respect for Anne With an "E".
Therefore, he is no longer referred to as "The Mouth" and is now Anne with an "E" 's father.

I never thought he was mouthy. a whole lot of obnoxious, but never mouthy.
I think you should stop using the name Anne when you refer to Sam Madonia. I agree he is a pompous asshole who thinks he is above everyone else in town; but you need to leave his daughter out of it.

Actually I sort of like it. its cute.
Sam Madonia is a nobody and giving him this much coverage is like giving candy to a baby. Sam woud not be diddly if he wasn't Catholic.
